No mosquitoes! OMG, if we had thufers back home there is no way I'd go coring in them without, like, armor. But there are a lot of little unusual flies, and some normal flies, and a few other types of bugs that I've seen. The most dangerous is that I think I saw a bee once.

I think Iceland is pretty much the perfect place to learn archaeology. :D
